認識Caroline是在2009年底;一切因緣際遇的巧妙安排,她成為我的教練,在將近9個月的過程、除了在工作上,幫助我在紛雜高壓的環境中,調整自我、能以更好的狀態扮演自己的角色;生活上、這些學習更開啟我對自我探尋的大門!
 
Caroline 對於身為教練的工作擁有極高的熱忱,我認為她已確認這是她一生的職志。因此、對她而言,這不只是個工作,她有對人的高度同理心以及全心的聆聽,讓人感覺被關心與了解。但,更重要的是:她絕對會給適時的"尖銳"挑戰,這些挑戰不是批判、是如當頭棒的提問、讓人自己思考面對;畢竟,我們大都只有自己認知的角度與面向、也都可能用各種方法逃避真正的自己,接受這樣的挑戰才是自我成長最好的方法!
 
我很開心上帝給了機會讓我認識了 Caroline, 並讓我們從教練與被教練的"合約"關係,變成了彼此關心、互相支持的好朋友,這是我人生很棒的禮物!

大家好,我是中美史克公司的销售总监周传军。我诚挚的向大家推荐我的教练Caroline Su。她是非常专业和敬业的教练,正是她这一年来的指导,让我有了非常明显的进步,我带领的团队今年也取得了很好的成绩。
刚开始的时候,我也怀疑这个教练项目是否能够给我带来改变,因为我以前也参加过很多培训和锻炼的项目,效果都不明显,但是Caroline老师确实不一样。她不是哪种不停的给你说教的老师,她反而是提问题更多。她能够通过不断的提问题,引领我思考,让我发现问题背后的问题,她从不给我问题的答案,而是让我自己通过思考,有逻辑的分析,自己找到解决方案。当我的思路有限时,她会给我多种建议和启示,让我分析各自的优缺点,自己寻找最佳方案。
现在只要我工作上碰到棘手问题的时候,想需求帮助,我第一个就会想到她,虽然我知道她不会直接给我答案。

For the last 6 months I have had the good fortune to be acquainted with Caroline Su.  She has been a very instrumental resource for my personal development and an excellent executive coach.
 
Caroline worked with me to develop my soft leadership toward the team and extend working capacity across the organization.  We met 2 hours for every other week to review and discuss these two areas of development.  I was so impressed with the content and quality of information I learned since that time we have decided to extend the coach to a full year activity. 
 
The result has been a much broader leadership roles of me within the organization as developed in the understandings of myself through Caroline’s coach program.  A concrete example is the increase of satisfaction and recognitions surveyed by my peers and subordinates towards my leaderships.  I am listening more effectively and am more sensitive to individual (as well as organization) needs which were covered in her program to develop soft leadership skill and extend working capacity.
 
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Caroline Su and her coach program.  The skills learned are very helpful in day to day life and in helping to work with others.

Caroline Su from Enlightening based in Taiwan  was  my personal coach for the last year. I interviewed many potential coaches for this role – I wanted someone who would challenge me, ask me the difficult questions and help me find the solutions within myself.   I selected Caroline as she was the one who really demonstrated her passion and love of coaching and clearly has a great track record of helping teams and individuals(executives) develop to their full potential.     I was her first western coachee and I was more than happy to take this risk because I believed and saw in her some of the great qualities coaches need.   She listens very well, is focused and can help you get to the heart of the issues with some powerful questions.  She helps you on the journey and uses the professional coaching framework to guide the process.  She used feedback and a strong 1 to 1 interaction style which means you as the coachee have to do something about the gaps and learning opportunities you have raised.  For me personally she made big difference to me – she helps my prioritization, communication and how to become a better leader in China.   This was clearly evident  in the feedback and also the comments I receive from my interactions with others.    
 
In addition I was the first western client that Caroline had.   For me I wanted a Chinese coach who could help me become closer to Chinese culture. Caroline worked very hard to ensure I could understand and relate Chinese culture to western culture and in particular the translation of key behaviours and actions.   This was invaluable to me in helping understand some of the softer parts of Chinese culture and helped my interpretation and understanding. 
 
I would have no hesitation in recommending her and would gladly give her a strong vote of confidence.

2013年度凌陽科技導入了團隊課程,為組織重塑凝聚力、奠定起各中心團隊的基礎。然而,在團隊課程之後,HR陸續接收到主管們提問「我們下一步該怎麼做?」「主管們要團隊中要扮演什麼角色才能支持團隊成員的成長與發展呢?」在多方評估之下,凌陽決定延續中心團隊的概念,於2014年導入2天的教練式領導課程,邀請所有處級以上的管理者一同參與。 
 
與善群接觸的過程中,我們深刻感受到Caroline於課前對客戶需求訪談、組織痛點評估、案例客製化的用心,然而也只有這種近乎苛求的完美要求,才能設計出最貼近凌陽的課程內容。從3月課程結束並配合中心團隊專案導入迄今,HR陸續收到許多主管們的正向回饋。朝各中心目標前進的過程中,主管們會透過訪談、教練夥伴、工作快樂指數評估…等方式,蒐集到第一手的團隊現況資訊,期間也促成團隊成員們的溝通與資訊交流,這種心態轉變後產生的動能,對組織而言是難能可貴的禮物。

NGO與領導力,這是兩個似乎完全無法被聯想在一起的名詞,在弘道基金會前執行長林依瑩及善群總經理Caroline的大力促成之下,聯合勸募協會有了這次組織導入教練文化的創新體驗。

25歲的聯合勸募該如何強化自己的能量,提供給社福夥伴更好的協助,讓台灣的助人服務更完善? 我們在高效能領導發展課程中找到答案,人是組織的關鍵,願意投入社福領域的夥伴都有滿腔的熱忱,所以,在教練的過程中,夥伴們學習了溝通的技巧,了解彼此的需求,強化了組織的理念與宗旨,逐步地落實自我實現與組織目標,進而再度肯定加入社會服務的初衷。

在一年的計劃中,教練們打開了我們的視野,引進了新的觀念及思考模式,從一開始照鏡子的驚訝,面對真實自己的掙扎,漸漸地找到努力的方向,建構了理想藍圖,重新認識、認同自己及組織,讓整個協會的向心力再度凝聚,也在團隊中產生自我激勵前進的動力。

領導力,不只是企業需要重視,非營利組織也應該強調並執行組織領導力的提升只有組織管理能量提升,才有可能會激發出更多令人驚豔的助人力量,找出更有效益及效率的服務方式。
